Karl Buer joined DCR in 2025 as a Director of Business Development, bringing over 20 years of experience in the clinical research industry.  He offers extensive expertise across the clinical development lifecycle, with a demonstrated focus on building strategic partnerships that support successful trial execution and sustainable long-term growth.  Karl’s comprehensive understanding of clinical development, combined with a practical, solutions-oriented approach, enables Sponsors and CROs to advance therapies efficiently and effectively.  He is a graduate of North Carolina State University.
